Yes, the site is trusted. I was interested in their products for a while and held off on buying something since I wanted to make sure to not be scammed. Thankfully I can report that I wasn’t. The toy arrived withing 15 days of purchase (in Europe I might add) and everything was accounted for. I also got a free heating rod (those are amazing, get at least one!).
