Yes, the customer service is impressive. I can’t say enough about how good she is ……. She’s like a real girl. I have a torso doll that is a little too small for me. This doll feels very real in the dog position. You can actually hold her by the hips and knock her around. She’s very heavy…. So she feels like a real girl. Breasts are big and spread out looking good when you come from behind. I know this is a big deal …… But you won’t be disappointed. I use them every day and create a different pose that feels better each time. Just do it… This is the best doll she’s ever had!
